Flagler Beach - the surf is up!
Flagler beach has six miles of ocean frontage. Yes, you are right. It's where Charles Lindbergh once made a forced landing. Now, Flagler Beach is a thriving beach community, it has a growing population of approx. 5,400 citizens.
Flagler beach has the 3rd largest surf waves in Florida. There are charming beach shops and lots of nice restaurants for fine dining or hanging out with friends.
The city of Flagler beach is also home of many enchanting bed and breakfast establishments and lodging properties, all locally owned.
The Annual 4th of July Flagler Beach Celebration brings in many people from far and wide to enjoy entertainment that includes a parade, arts, and crafts, beauty contests, bands, and beach fireworks.
It's a unique beach town, may I say perhaps the last of its kind, which has evolved into a cozy getaway.
It's almost like going back in time, a Florida of yesterday.
You can live here the Florida life style, no doubt. The residents of Flagler beach are eager to tell you more about all this, just come and visit.
